RETURNS POLICY

If purchased goods arrive damaged, or do not function properly as one might reasonably expect, please contact ClassicalGuitarCds.com by e-mailing us at sales@classicalguitarcds.com. Please allow at least 28 days for international delivery.

At ClassicalGuitarCds.com we respect the privacy of our customers. We ask you for private information when you purchase products from us. This information is usually limited to your name, postal address, e-mail address, and the details of your order. We at ClassicalGuitarCds.com never have access to your credit card details (see second paragraph below). We shall not sell or otherwise give your private information to any other parties, however you should note that our chosen payment-gateway service provider will collect private information for the purpose of taking payment for our products on our behalf (see below).

The transfer of funds during the purchase of our products involves the collection of private information (including your credit card details) by our chosen payment-gateway service provider. We recommend you to read the privacy policy of that company when you make a purchase through us. You will be charged a small surcharge for the service provided by the payment-gateway service provider.
